Ali MacGraw
Ali MacGraw also known by her stage name Elizabeth Alice MacGraw has been as a performer, model as well as an animal rights activist in the United States. Love Story (1970), Goodbye Columbus '69 and The Getaway 1972 are among her most famous movies. She was drawn to becoming an artist was in part influenced by her upbringing as a member of an New York family of artists. She started as a photographic assistant before moving on to modeling and acting. Her name was highlighted in two of her films and won the Golden Globe Award for Most Promising newcomer. MacGraw's film Love Story was an international smash, and earned the actress an Academy Award nomination and Golden Globe Award. The film was recognized as the most successful box office star in the world in just three movies. Her footprints, handwritten in 1972 and autograph were engraved at the Grauman's Chinese Theater. Also, she appeared in The Getaway Convoy Players TV Miniseries The Winds of War, along with other films. Her autobiography, published in 1991 Moving Pictures came out. MacGraw has been married 3 times.
