Elizabeth Andrea Bitsie Tulloch, born on January 19, 1981 is an American actress. She has played the roles as Juliette Silverton/Eve in Grimm, the NBC series Grimm as well as Lois Lane as part of The CWArrowverse series including Superman & Lois. Tulloch is a native of San Diego California and grew to be a part of Spain Uruguay and Argentina. Tulloch uses the name Bitsie that isn't a diminutive of her real name Elizabeth as it's a nod to her grandfather who was a bizarrely named World War II bomber pilot who also was part of the fatal 1961 Goldsboro B52 plane crash. At the time Tulloch started acting, she was known with the name Bitsie as she remained until the year 2017 when she decided to start using Elizabeth instead explaining: I continue to go by Bitsie. For people I have met, I continue to introduce myself as Bitsie. When I was first starting out in the field of acting, I would introduce myself as Bitsie. Currently, im in my late 30s. I thought it would be beneficial to go back in time and recreate Elizabeth. While I was filming, I didn't think about it. It was Elizabeth that the producer noticed while filling in legal documents. Is that like a good idea? As I began to contemplate the issue, I called up my agent and my manager. Both of them said yes. You are older now. Bitsie is surely a adorable name. It's cutesy. It was that simple. it. Elizabeth is not mine any more. Its just for billing in the future. Tulloch's ancestry is Scottish and has Spanish influences. The language she speaks as her first is declared as Spanish. Tulloch doesn't, however, believe that she's fluent. Her grandfather's family came from Kirkwall and her maternal grandparents were from Renfrewshire. In an exclusive interview with BBC News the reporter stated that we believe the Tullochs first came into the US between 1880 and 1900, and the Kerrs left in the early 1900s. Within the U.S., she attended Bedford High School and Middle School. Tulloch is an Harvard University graduate with two specializations: English and American Literature and Environmental and Visual Studies.
