
Carrie-Anne Moss was born August 21, 1967 and is a Canadian actor. After early roles on television, she rose to the world stage for her performance as in the role of Trinity in The Matrix series (1999-present). Memento (2000) earned her the Independent Spirit Award for Best Male Supporting Role, Red Planet (2000), Chocolat (2000) and Fido (2006). Snow Cake (2006) was awarded the Genie Award as Best Performance by an Actress in an Supporting role. Jessica Jones (2015), 2015-2019) and Unthinkable (2010) included among her TV roles. While in Spain, Moss obtained a role as Tara clerk to Judge Nicholas Marshall in the drama series Dark Justice, her first TV appearance. In 1992, she moved with the show from Barcelona to Los Angeles. Moss was forced to quit Dark Justice after the third and last season. Elisa Heinsohn replaced her as Samantha "Sam". Following her return, she enrolled at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts Pasadena. There she worked as a model and later, she starred in Fox's soap opera of the same name Models Inc.
